By accessing or using Zorbi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the platform.
Zorbi provides AI-powered data warehousing and business intelligence dashboard services. Our services include: data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL); data warehouse setup and maintenance; interactive dashboard creation and hosting; AI-driven analytics and reporting.
You retain all rights to data you provide to Zorbi. We process your data solely to deliver the contracted services. Upon termination, we will provide a complete export of your data and delete our copies within 30 days unless legally required to retain them.
Data warehousing fees are one-time setup charges as quoted. Dashboard subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates specified in your agreement. Our decaying subscription model reduces per-report pricing over time as described on our pricing page. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Zorbi operates on an approval-first basis. We build your dashboards and present them for your review. You are not charged for dashboard services until you approve the deliverable. If you do not approve, you owe nothing for that specific deliverable.
You may cancel dashboard subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Data warehousing setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Zorbi retains ownership of its platform, AI models, ETL frameworks, and dashboard templates. Customisations built specifically for your business are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Your data, branding, and business logic remain your property.
Zorbi provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for decisions made based on dashboard data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim for 99.9% uptime for hosted dashboards. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Support response times depend on your service tier as outlined in your agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
